3, Fischer-tropsch wax can be used as PVC external lubricant, its low viscosity can improve the production speed of the product, in the mixing it is helpful to the dispersion of the filler, especially in the extrusion of high viscosity system it has a better job, its dosage is 40-50% less than ordinary PE wax, but it can significantly improve the surface luster of the product.
4, In the use of thick color, the melting Fischer-tropsch wax can also effectively wet the dye, reduce the extrusion viscosity.
The viscosity of Fischer-Tropsch wax is much lower than that of polyethylene wax. Fischer-tropsch wax has good compatibility with PVC, it is competent as both internal and external lubricant. It can be used as a good internal lubricant to effectively control shear conditions, promote flow, control friction and melting properties, thus improving thermal stability. At the same time, because of its high crystallinity and high linearity of the structure, it can make PVC products get good physical and processing properties. According to the need, the Fischer-Tropsch process can synthesize alkanes with different chain lengths to change the molecular weight of the products and form serialized products.
